Grand Strand Masonic Lodge 392

Rotary Club of North Myrtle Beach Sunrise Meeting
The Rotary Club of North Myrtle Beach Sunrise holds its morning meeting every Thursday at 7:30 a.m. at Friendly’s Restaurant on Highway 17 North in North Myrtle Beach. All current and prospective Rotarians are welcome. For information call 843-446-3087.

Elks serve breakfast
Sunday breakfast is held the first Sunday of each month from 9 at 11 a.m. A buffet style breakfast is served at the Little River Elks Lodge on Highway 57 South in Little River for $6 per person. All are welcome.

Drop off historical artifacts at NMB Museum
The North Myrtle Beach Museum is asking for help getting historical items for display. They are wanting photos of the area or any artifact that is rich in local history. Drop off items every Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. The museum is located at 799 2nd Ave. N. in North Myrtle Beach.

Seacoast Anglers Association
Seacoast Anglers Association will meet the third Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at VFW Post 10804 at Route 57 and Route 9 in Little River. Come and enjoy food, beverages and happy hour starting at 5:30 p.m. There will be guest speakers at each meeting to talk about subjects of interest to fishermen in the area. Our club includes boat owners and non-boat owners. Many events match members for fishing trips for both offshore and inshore trips. If you like to fish, like to hang out with fishermen(women) come learn and swap fish tales.

Knights of Columbus
Our Lady Star of the Sea Council 7122 meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. in the church hall. If you are a Knight elsewhere and have relocated to the area or are visitng we invite you to join us. Family to Family Support Group
A new support group has been added to NAMI and meets from 6 to 7 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month at Lakeside Baptist Church at 615 11th Aven. N. in North Myrtle Beach. This is an information and resources group for family members and friends of people living with a mental illness. Call 847-212-6463 for additional information.
Goodwill needs volunteers for job center
Volunteers are needed to assist with helping individuals with job searching, resume writing and other activities in      the Job Link Center, located at the Little River Goodwill Retail Store, on Highway 9 in Longs. If interested call  843-390-9060.

North Strand Helping Hand needs donations
North Strand Helping Hand is in need of personal hygiene items including soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes and deodorant. They are also in need of monetary donations to help people in need pay for their utility bills. Call 843-399-0862 for more info.

KNMBB looking for volunteers
The Keep North Myrtle Beach Beautiful Committee meets at 4 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month at the J. Bryan Floyd Community Center.
