Many families celebrated their Easter early this past Saturday at Home Sweet Farm’s Easter Egg Hunt and Grand Reopening in Loris.

The farm was open to the public from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and had a wonderful turnout.

There was much to do including an Easter Egg hunt that started at 11 a.m., strawberry picking and photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny.

The farm store was also open during the event with a wide selection of fresh produce, baked goods and local goodies.

Coffee and food trucks were also available including Jersey Boyz BBQ, Taqueria Guanajuato and Two Terrys Coffee.

After the Easter Egg hunt, kids could play on the inflatables or take a ride on a pony provided by Dreams Hope and Faith Ranch.

“We love to share our farm with others,” stated Miracle Ravon, fourth generation farmer. “As we lose a lot of land development in the area, we’re glad to see people are still choosing to visit our farm.”

The farm will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. and on Sunday from 1 p.m. until 6 p.m. Home Sweet Farm is located at 1101 Highway 67 West in Loris.
