On Saturday, July 19, Stella Prince, right, presented a $3,010 check to Tina Hunter, Executive Director of The Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach, with the money she raised from her lemonade stand.
At just 13 years old, Stella Prince, a rising eighth grader, is already making a big impact in the North Myrtle Beach community. The young philanthropist recently hosted her fourth annual lemonade stand, raising more than $3,000 for The Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach.
When she is not cheering, spending time with friends, or enjoying sunny days at the beach, Stella is focused on giving back—especially to the animals she loves. Her strong passion for helping others, both two- and four-legged, is at the heart of everything she does.
“Stella’s compassion, hard work, and dedication to giving back at such a young age is nothing short of inspiring,” said Tina Hunter, Executive Director of the Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach. “Her lemonade stand is a ray of sunshine in our community, and her support helps us provide the care, shelter and second chances our animals deserve.”
With big bright signs, fresh lemonade and a heart full of compassion, Stella turned a simple summer tradition into a lifesaving mission for local animals in need.
Now in its fourth year, Stella’s lemonade stand continues to grow thanks to her drive and the generosity of supporters who stop by for what Hunter calls “a cup of kindness.” Her efforts this year alone will help fund essential care for countless animals in need—proof that you don’t have to be a grown-up to make a grown-up difference.
