By Gianna Forbis The City of North Myrtle Beach has begun construction on a two million gallon water storage tank and a new 30 inch water transmission line in the Windy Hill area. Work on the transmission line is currently underway along Poinsett Street, while construction of the new water tank has begun in Windy Hill.
