The Little River Lions Club recently held their annual Pancake Supper at Matthews Pancake House in Little River. The event is a major fundraiser for our club and 100 percent of the money raised goes back into the community in form  of providing eyeglasses, hearing aids for needy children and adults, building handicap access ramps, student scholarships, Disaster relief and helping the less fortunate in our community plus other worthwhile projects.

We want to thank Bessim Tabaka and his staff at Matthews Pancake House plus the many contributors at our Silent Auction from the business community and of course, the many friends and neighbors who attended our supper. A very special thank you to the students from the NMB High School who assisted the Lions at the Supper pictured below.

Little River is truly generous and wonderful community and we hope to continue to serve those less fortunate than ourselves. However, only with members can we do that so if you are interested in knowing more about our Lions Club, contact Randy Edwards at 910-206-0051.
