Commission to discuss annexation of Possum Trot

The North Myrtle Beach Planning Commission will hold a special workshop on Friday, July 26, at 2 p.m., at City Hall to discuss Annexation & Zoning Designation ANZ‐19‐01 involving a petition to annex lands currently occupied by the Possum Trot Golf Course and zone those lands Planned Development District (PDD) with the creation of the Tidal Walk PDD.

This item was tabled by the Planning Commission at its regular meeting on July 16 and is also scheduled for the Planning Commission’s August 6 meeting agenda.
