Thursday, March 19, in Loris was a momentous occasion! The newly-formed Loris Regional Lions Club members signed their names to the Club Charter with a commitment to community service.

The new club was sponsored and mentored by the North Myrtle Beach Lions Club, especially NMB Lion Club president Lion Sandy Boggs. As a Guiding Lion, Lion Sandy visited the Loris Chamber of Commerce, downtown merchants, city council and many other community contacts in order to spread the word about the new opportunity.
