Dew family honored with plaque during halftime

SCDOT releases new dates for SC 31 public meetings

The S.C. Department of Transportation (SCDOT) and N.C. Department of Transportation (NCDOT) released the new dates for two public meetings for the proposed Carolina Bays Parkway (SC 31) Extension project. Road construction affecting some Loris residents

Most of the drainage systems, curbs, gutters and sidewalks have been established on the inbound lane leading to Loris and traffic has been redirected to the second phase of the project. The contractor is now working on drainage, curbs, gutters and sidewalk on the lane headed away from Loris. This device is the size of a card and is typically worn on a lanyard around the necks of all staff members within a school district, ensuring it is highly accessible and remarkably user-friendly. City Planning Commission approves housing development

Members present at the meeting were Chair Linda Morrison, Vice Chair Christopher Spivey, Eric Milam, Chad Bennett, Joseph Flesch and John Adkins. Ruth Ann Jones was absent from the meeting. Lions sweep Braves off the field
