The cost of a Forever stamp rose to 78 cents on Sunday, July 13, 2025. This marks a 5-cent increase from the former price of 73 cents. The hike in price was part of a wider range of rate changes for USPS mailing services. By Kaye Collins Horry County Fire and Rescue (HCFR) were called to the 10000 block of West Highway 19 in the Loris area at 4:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 13, in response to a car accident involving an ejection and entrapment. The Horry County Police Department provided assistance to the South Carolina Highway Patrol. Upon their arrival, HCFR evaluated the situation where a vehicle had overturned and collided with a house, resulting in one ejection and one entrapment.
