Free showing of Frozen to be at McLean Park on Friday

Everyone is invited to enjoy a free movie featuring Frozen (PG) on Friday, August 8, at McLean Park in North Myrtle Beach. The movie starts at 7 p.m. McLean Park is located at 93 Oak Drive in the Ocean Drive section.

Patrons and movie-goers are encouraged to bring their beach chair or a blanket to sit on. Concessions will be available from the North Myrtle Beach Lions Club.

The free movie is part of the North Myrtle Beach Parks and Recreation Department’s Movies at McLean series sponsored by HTC.

About Frozen: When their kingdom becomes trapped in perpetual winter, fearless Anna joins forces with mountaineer Kristoff and his reindeer sidekick to find Anna’s sister, Snow Queen Elsa, and break her icy spell. Although their epic journey leads them to encounters with mystical trolls, a comedic snowman, harsh conditions and magic at every turn, Anna and Kristoff bravely push onward in a race to save their kingdom from winter’s cold grip.
