Limits to help protect two popular South Carolina fish species were recently added to South Carolina’s fish and game laws. Legislators passed catch and minimum size limits for both Atlantic spadefish and Atlantic tripletail, two coastal fish that previously lacked some protections. Under the new laws, anglers may keep 10 spadefish per person per day (or 30 per boat) and may only keep fish at least 14 inches in total length. Hickman passed away at McLeod Florence Hospital on Tuesday, June 2, 2020. Humbled not only by the community reaching out through the GoFundMe donations but the steady influx of friends and clients supporting Ernie Ross visiting the restaurant for breakfast and lunch. With 2020-21 preliminary budget in hand when compared to the 2019-20 approved budget, a line item jumped off the page. Vivian Mary “Viv” Donlon, nee Hasuly, of Little River passed away on Monday, June 1, 2020, after a long battle with congestive heart failure. She was born the youngest of three children in Perth Amboy, N.J., on Aug. 19, 1946, to Frank and Mary Hasuly. She began working as a secretary at Perth Amboy General Hospital after graduating from Perth Amboy High School. On Oct. 4, 1969, she married James Donlon. They began building their family in Bloomfield, N.J., and then settled in bucolic Hampton, N.J. She was predeceased by her brother, Francis. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, …

Lucille Todd Graham, 79, of Loris passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at her home. She was born on Oct. 9, 1940, in Jacksonville, N.C., to the late Marvin Todd and the late Dulah Todd Richardson.
