Patricia Ann Cribb Phipps, 69, of Milwaukee, Wis., passed away on Monday, Aug. 19, 2019, at Clement Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee. She was born on April 10, 1950, to Earl Monroe Cribb and Mary Pearl Martin Cribb. Mrs. Phipps served her country with courage and honor in the United States Army. Mary Lynn Todd, 81, of Loris passed away on Sunday, Aug. 25, 2019, at Embrace Hospice in Myrtle Beach. Col. Ralph C. Squillace Jr.,  U.S. Army Retired of Little River, died on Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at McLeod Seacoast Medical Center in Little River. The Little River Elks have partnered again with the United Methodist Church Armed Services Assistance Program (ASAP). This program provides about $110 worth of food monthly to needy veterans in Horry County. Currently, there are from 52 to 63 veterans that participate in this food distribution program. It takes about $480 to support one veteran for one year. This vital program is essential to these veterans who can barely sustain themselves from month to month. The Little River Elks have a strong veterans support group to assist those veterans to have a better quality of life. The Elks motto is …
