Lions contest winners named

Each year the North Myrtle Beach Lions Club participates in a Lions International art competition.

This year the contest, which is aimed for middle school students, had as its theme ”Together as One”.  The local Lions  collaborated  with Merideth Craven, the middle school art teacher at North Myrtle Beach Middle School.

Lion Nils Regnell collected the students’ submissions and the Lions voted for the winners. Checks were awarded to the three top artists. The first place drawing will move onto district, state, national and international competition.
