The Miss Loris High School Pageant for 2026 took place on Saturday, February 21, at 7 p.m. in the school auditorium, featuring five young women competing for the title. The event was organized by Music Director Joy Jordan.

The Miss LHS Court presented five stunning students competing for the title to represent Loris High School: Dally Buffkin, Natalie Contreras, Anna Lynn Flowers, Averi James, and Paisley Stevens.

The high school conveyed the sentiments of Principal Jimmy McCullough, who stated, “We are incredibly proud of each of these outstanding young women for their grace, skill, and commitment.” He expressed heartfelt gratitude to all the young ladies who took part in the pageant, the judges and auditors, our exceptional Mistress of Ceremony, Miss LHS 2025, Kaitlyn Cox, the sound and lighting technician, faculty and staff, students, and the numerous community members who contributed to making this year’s pageant a remarkable success. Furthermore, we would like to extend a special acknowledgment and thank you to the LHS Chorus and the CPAC dancers who showcased two performances while the contestants were getting ready for the evening gown competition.

Additionally, we extend our gratitude to Mrs. Joy Jordan for her efforts in organizing such an exceptional pageant annually; your hard work is truly appreciated! Lastly, we would like to thank all those who attended. The evening gown competition showcased the grace and personality of the contestants. Each participant donned a stunning gown as they gracefully walked across the stage for both the audience and, in particular, the judges to admire.

The coronation ceremony for Miss LHS 2025 and her Court commenced as they gracefully entered the stage in their evening gowns, allowing the audience to admire the stunning ladies as they paraded across the stage, eagerly anticipating the announcement, “The new Miss Loris High School 2025 is …” Anna Lynn Flowers. The 2026 Miss LHS Court includes Miss Loris High School 2026, with Anna Lynn Flowers also being recognized as Miss Photogenic. The First Runner-Up, who is also the Miss LHS Ambassador and Talent Winner, is Dally Buffkin. Averi James earned the title of Second Runner-Up and Miss Congeniality. Kaitlyn Cox, the reigning Miss Loris High School 2025, placed the crown on Flowers’ head. Once the crown was securely in place, Flowers received a bouquet of red roses and made her way across the stage as the audience erupted in applause. Congratulations again to our 2026 Miss LHS Court!
