Windy Hill gains new water supply tank

By Gianna Forbis The City of North Myrtle Beach has begun construction on a two million gallon water storage tank and a new 30 inch water transmission line in the Windy Hill area. Work on the transmission line is currently underway along Poinsett Street, while construction of the new water tank has begun in Windy Hill. The project is expected to be completed by the summer of 2026. Construction activity will be limited to public road rights-of-way and designated construction easements. Rotary Club celebrates 23 years

By Diane Billard The Rotary Club of Little River, including its Sunset Edition Satellite Club, celebrated the club’s 23rd anniversary and the Sunset Edition’s 5th anniversary at River Hills Golf and Country Club on Wednesday, September 24. The Rotary Club of Little River was created on September 24, 2002, and the Sunset Edition was created on September 24, 2020.  During the dinner, President Francois Billard recognized Craig Hill, one of the co-founders, as well as D.G. It is time to assess your property tax bills

NMB Lions Club educates public on white cane use

People who are blind often use a long white cane to assist in their mobility.  Lions  have as a goal the support of needs of people with visual loss.  Part of this commitment is to educate the communitity.
